Nextech is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing Nextech’s products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results‑driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail and tech environment.

Responsibilities

·  Generate sales through in‑store engagement, outbound calls, and follow‑ups with potential and existing customers.

·  Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

·  Assist with merchandising, stock organization, and maintaining a clean, professional sales floor.

·  Collaborate with the team to execute promotions, campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.

·  Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

·  Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Minimum 5 CXC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular MS Excel, MS Word, Email.

1–2 years sales experience in retail will be an asset

Strong communication
and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.

Customer‑service mindset with problem‑solving skills and a positive attitude.

Team player who can collaborate effectively and support store operations.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Salary

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
