The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products while building and maintaining good relationships with customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that customers receive the right products to meet their needs. The Sales Representative will regularly interact with both existing and potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide helpful and suitable product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to retail shops and supermarkets.

• Secure sales orders, achieve set distribution and collection targets.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

• Identify and onboard new retail accounts along routes.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects (or equivalent); inclusive of Maths and English.

• Experience: Experience in field sales. Certification in customer service and sales would be an asset.

• Self-Motivated– Ability to work independently and reach deadlines.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
