Application Deadline: October 30, 2026
A Flegeance & Associates Group is seeking a data-minded, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to connect our brand, CRM systems, digital campaigns, and online lead-generation activities.
In this role, you will manage email and text campaigns, improve CRM automations, monitor internet-lead performance, support content development, and collaborate with our SEO and AEO specialists to turn online visibility into qualified business opportunities.
The ideal candidate can write clearly, build reliable marketing systems, interpret performance data, and make practical recommendations that improve engagement, lead conversion, client retention, and overall agency growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Plan, build, test, launch, and optimize compliant email and SMS campaigns for prospects, existing clients, cross-selling opportunities, policy renewals, referrals, win-back initiatives, and educational outreach.
• Develop targeted campaign calendars and coordinate messaging across email, text messaging, website content, social media, and other approved digital channels.
• Maintain and improve CRM automations, including lead routing, nurture sequences, audience segmentation, campaign triggers, task rules, templates, and follow-up workflows.
• Monitor internet leads from initial capture through contact, quote, policy binding, and lost-lead disposition.
• Identify gaps in the lead journey, investigate potential lead leakage, and recommend practical improvements to response times, follow-up processes, and conversion rates.
• Work closely with sales and client service representatives to ensure leads and client communications are assigned, tracked, and followed up appropriately.
• Collaborate with SEO and AEO specialists to align keyword strategies, answer-engine visibility, local-search priorities, campaigns, and content development with the agency’s growth objectives.
• Create, edit, and optimize clear, accurate, and engaging content for email campaigns, text messages, landing pages, client communications, online profiles, and educational materials.
• Measure website visibility, traffic quality, lead volume, source attribution, audience engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, campaign performance, and campaign-generated revenue.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards, campaign reports, performance summaries, and lead-source analyses.
• Use testing and performance data to improve subject lines, messaging, calls to action, audience segmentation, campaign timing, landing pages, and automated workflows.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, templates, marketing assets, audience lists, consent records, and reporting documentation.
• Ensure marketing communications follow approved brand standards, data-privacy requirements, communication-consent rules, and applicable insurance advertising guidelines.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• At least two years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, communications, CRM management, campaign management, or online lead generation is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing platforms, CRM automation, analytics dashboards, campaign testing, lead attribution, and performance reporting.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, editing, analytical thinking, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization, local SEO, answer engine optimization, conversion-rate optimization, UTM tracking, audience segmentation, and content-performance measurement.
• Ability to interpret marketing and lead data and translate findings into clear, practical business recommendations.
• Experience building automated campaigns, lead-nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, and audience segments.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing campaign links, contact lists, automation triggers, scheduled communications, and performance reports.
• Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is an advantage but not required.
• A reliable, organized, creative, ethical, coachable, and results-oriented approach.
• Reliable internet access and the ability to work remotely during assigned U.S. business hours.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• GYD $1,000 per hour.
• Paid NIS.
• Paid time off.
• Continued learning through carrier universities, approved training platforms, and professional development programmes.
• Practical experience with CRM automation, lead generation, digital campaigns, performance analytics, SEO, AEO, and insurance marketing.
• Opportunities for professional growth / advancement within the organization.
