Job Description

The Recruitment /HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Company. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. They work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

Requirements

A Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

Two to Three years experience in a similar role.

Must have general knowledge of Payroll aspect.

Must be familiar with NIS and GRA procedures.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills·

Basic understanding of job requirements for each position

Must possess in-depth knowledge of current updates in the labour market.

Must be familiar with all recruitment trends prevalent in Guyana.

Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding staff and personnel issues.

Demonstrated flexible approach and ability to work under pressure and to organize and manage workload to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications to role.

Willingness to take initiative and collaborative, positive attitude.

Good in detail and accuracy, time management (multi-task at the same time).

Responsibilities

Recruitment of staffing for Leader and its Clients.

Provides general HR/Industrial relations support.

Identification and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Creation of content for social media posts.

Collecting resumes for vetting and formatting.

Uploading of CVs, searching by keywords, searching by skills, creating job vacancies, and keeping track of successful placements.

Plan and coordinate activities relating to Payroll.

Any other related duties assigned.
