Education/ Experience

A Bachelor's degree in related field of study, i.e., Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Experience is not compulsory but would be an asset.

Core Competencies/Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good interpersonal skills; adaptability of differing cultural and business environments.

Excellent computer skills: MSWord, PowerPoint, MS Excel.

Ability to learn sophisticated software programs such as eclipse.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work outside normal office hours, as needed.

Create reservoir simulation models, built from earth models, that accurately reflect the subsurface oil and gas reservoirs found in Guyana.

Conduct Fluid Property and Well Test analysis.

Determine Optimum Well locations and Drill Centre locations.

Assist with flowline and riser modelling. Steward fields already in production.

Assist in Oil and Gas Reserves preparations.

Work along with geologists, Petrophysicists and geophysicists in the creation on reservoir models. Work along with company's partners towards optimal solutions in the development of oil and gas

fields in Guyana.

Conduct all other duties and tasks assigned by the Lead, Reservoir Engineering.
