Requirements
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role/Degree in business management.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures.
- Team management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with operations management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies.
- Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow.
- Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed.
- Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction.
- Address customer issues and complaints.
- Ensuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintained.
- Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues.
- Oversee security of the facility
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shifts
- Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departments
