Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role/Degree in business management.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Team management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with operations management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies.
  • Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow.
  • Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed.
  • Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues and complaints.
  • Ensuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintained.
  • Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues.
  • Oversee security of the facility
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shifts
  • Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departments
