We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Assistant to support workshop operations in a dynamic oil & gas environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, is eager to learn, and can contribute to maintaining efficient workshop and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a team where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are critical, supporting day-to-day workshop activities including:

• Provide general labour support in the workshop

• Support equipment maintenance and upkeep activities (buffing, grinding, painting)

• Handle stores and inventory tasks, including stock taking and organizing parts

• Assist with ordering and tracking materials and equipment

• Support loading, unloading, and movement of equipment

• Perform driving duties as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment

• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in a workshop, industrial, or oil & gas environment is an asset

• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not essential

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

• Valid driver’s license is required

• Basic computer skills (for inventory and stock systems)

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical/manual tasks

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious

Salary

Monthly salary of $300,000 to $360,000.
