The Skilled Laborer is responsible for performing a wide range of construction-related tasks that require practical skill, accuracy, and safety awareness. This role supports the construction team by executing site work, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in construction preferred.
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience as a skilled laborer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to operate common construction tools and small equipment (e.g., compactors, drills, saws).
- Good physical stamina, strength, and coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
