The Customer Care Representative generally supports the Customer Care Department, responding to policyholders queries.

Responsibilities

To assist customers/policyholders with various queries and inquiries in completing the relevant forms and other financial and non- financial transactions.

Requirements

Minimum of Five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics & English and at least one (1) year experience in customer service.
