My experience as a roustabout has allowed me to gain knowledge working in confine space, painting, buffing, needle gunning, flagging the crane with radio and hand signal safely, assisting with personnel transfer, critical and complicated lifts e.g. flagging/banks-ing for two cranes, simultaneously. Assisting with helicopter boarding and off loading.
